The service

Asklyst finds public posts that may match a product you describe, scores them, and drafts replies for you to review, edit, and post yourself. The app is at app.asklyst.app. Asklyst does not post on your behalf.

Your account

You need an account to use the app. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the product profiles, claims, campaigns, and reply drafts you create.

What you publish

You review and post every reply. You are responsible for what you publish, including whether it is accurate and whether it discloses your relationship to the product. Drafts are written from the claims you approved. They are suggestions for you to edit, not a statement that a reply is appropriate for a particular community.

Acceptable use

Follow the rules of the communities where you post. Do not use Asklyst to send spam, to misrepresent who you are, or to publish claims you have not approved.

Privacy

How we collect and process data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The effective date above changes when we do.
